“The « Savoir-Vivre » (etiquette and social grace)” The « savoir-vivre » is based on a series of rules coming from conventions imposed by tradition, and usages dictated by common sense and respect of others. The objective of social conventions is to help everyone to feel at ease by avoiding carelessness in order to know how to receive in a good way and to well behave in society, by correcting shortcomings and improving human nature qualities until its small details. The non-compliance with these rules or observing those outmoded leads to mistakes. It involves people to contempt you or to think you ridiculous and it can cause conflicts. The structure of etiquette is defined by common sense, ease, being natural and sincerity :

This individual course consists of presenting the best image through improvement of appearance, clothes and attitude in order to optimize oneself in any circumstance and in the eyes of the others. It incorporates practical work and role playing.
