APPROPRIATE COURSES  “Waiters, butlers and
housekeeping personnel training” :

This group course is intended for anyone (women, men, couples, youths) who desires to have or improve their knowledge and to include in their lives the not-widely-known codes that are indispensable for general and professional attitude in society, concerning the use and rules of table service. It incorporates practical work and role playing, and it offers to individuals and professional personnel the essential basis, regardless of their experience :

- appearance and bearing : dress code, posture, pace and attitude,

- table embellishment : presentation rules, table sitting plan and sitting room plan,

- serving and clearing, rules from the beginning to the end of the reception,

- suggestion of wines according to the meals, based on several principles that cannot be overlooked with a right and simple technical vocabulary.
